1. Water supply cast iron pipe:

The ductile iron pipe has the essence of iron and the properties of steel, has excellent corrosion resistance, good ductility, and good sealing effect. 2. Sand mold centrifugal cast iron straight pipe:
The material of sand mold centrifugal cast iron straight pipes is gray cast iron, which is suitable for the transportation of pressure fluids such as water and gas.
3. Continuous cast iron straight pipes:
Continuous cast iron straight pipes are continuously cast gray cast iron pipes, suitable for the transportation of pressure fluids such as water and gas.
4. Drainage cast iron pipe:
Ordinary drainage cast iron socket pipes and pipe fittings. Flexible anti-seismic interface drainage cast iron pipes. This type of cast iron pipes are sealed by rubber rings and fastened by bolts. They have good flexibility and elasticity under internal water pressure. It can adapt to large axial displacement and transverse deflection deformation, and is suitable for indoor drainage pipes in high-rise buildings, especially suitable for earthquake areas. Judging from the interface form, it can be divided into: W-type flexible cast iron drainage pipe, B-type flexible cast iron drainage pipe, and A-type flexible cast iron drainage pipe.
The nominal diameter of continuous gray cast iron pipes is 75 to 1200 mm. Straight pipes have lengths of 4 meters, 5 meters and 6 meters; they are divided into LA, A and B levels according to different wall thicknesses. The nominal diameter of sand mold centrifugal gray cast iron pipes is 200 - 1000 mm, and the effective length is 5 meters and 6 meters; it is divided into P and G levels according to different wall thicknesses. High strength, good toughness, thin pipe wall, small amount of metal, and ability to withstand higher pressure.
The nominal diameter of nodular cast iron pipes is 80 - 2,200 mm. Compared with gray cast iron pipes, it has high strength, good toughness, thin pipe walls, less metal consumption, and can withstand higher pressures. The effective length is 5 meters, 6 meters and 8 meters; it is divided into P and G levels according to different wall thicknesses. It is the development direction of cast iron pipes. Ductile iron pipes are made of high-quality cast molten iron with low phosphorus and low sulfur produced by iron-making blast furnaces. They are cast by a water-cooled metal centrifugal pipe casting machine according to the current international advanced centrifugal casting and annealing processes. They are subjected to annealing, socket trimming, hydraulic pressure testing, inner wall lining cement, cement lining maintenance, water-grinding cement lining, outer wall coating with asphalt paint, asphalt paint baking, socket anti-rust treatment, marking spraying and packaging and other processes. The connection between pipes adopts socket type or flange-plate type interface; according to its function, it can be divided into flexible interface and rigid interface. The flexible interface is sealed with a rubber ring, allowing a certain limit of turning angle and displacement, so it has good earthquake resistance and sealing performance. It is easier and faster to install than the rigid interface. According to the casting method, the labor intensity is lower.
